All orders are shipped directly from our international suppliers.

Because of this:

  • These fees, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer

By ordering from Nèlaïa, you acknowledge and accept that your package may be shipped from outside your country of residence.

Responsibility & Delivery Issues

If an incorrect address is submitted:

  • Address changes must be requested within 24 hours after placing the order

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error are not eligible for refunds or replacements
